Our Leadership
Our four aims describe exactly what a Lancing education is for. A community built on Christian values and real kindness. Minds stretched well beyond the exam syllabus. A co-curricular life rich enough for every pupil to discover something in themselves. A school that uses its strength for good beyond its own walls. We live this out every day.
Parents choose Lancing Prep Hove for its distinctive ethos and the warm sense of family and community that permeates every layer of life at our school.
We aim to inspire a desire for excellence, to develop independent, searching minds and to foster creativity. Academia is rightly important to us but of equal importance is our pupils’ personal development.
At Lancing Prep Worthing we aim to provide every child in our care with an excellent all-round education. We have small classes, dedicated teachers and outstanding pastoral care. Every child is known as an individual and every child is valued as a member of our family. We have three school rules: Love Learning, Be Kind and Go out into the World and Do Good.
Welcome to Dorset House School, a community I am proud to lead as Headmistress, a school where children are truly at the heart of everything we do. At Dorset House, we aim to provide every pupil with the opportunity to thrive in a warm, nurturing environment and to learn through a rich and varied curriculum.
Little Lancing offers day care for children aged 2 months to 5 years, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year. We aim to provide every child at nursery with exceptional Early Years education and care. We are very proud of our qualified and experienced nursery team of Early Years educators who work so closely with children and their families.
Values & Ethos
At Lancing College, we believe education shapes not only what young people achieve, but who they become. Rooted in the Anglican tradition and enriched by a diverse community, we nurture character, curiosity and purpose, empowering pupils to lead lives of integrity and impact.
