At Lancing Prep Worthing we aim to provide every child in our care with an excellent all-round education. We have small classes, dedicated teachers and outstanding pastoral care. Every child is known as an individual and every child is valued as a member of our family. We have three school rules: Love Learning, Be Kind and Go out into the World and Do Good.
Welcome to Dorset House School, a community I am proud to lead as Headmistress, a school where children are truly at the heart of everything we do. At Dorset House, we aim to provide every pupil with the opportunity to thrive in a warm, nurturing environment and to learn through a rich and varied curriculum.
Little Lancing offers day care for children aged 2 months to 5 years, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year. We aim to provide every child at nursery with exceptional Early Years education and care. We are very proud of our qualified and experienced nursery team of Early Years educators who work so closely with children and their families.

Explorers’ Corner Nursery & Pre-School

At Explorers’ Corner we are committed to play-based, active learning and ensure all areas of learning receive a balance of adult-supported and child-initiated activities. We recognise that children are individuals who bring their own needs, talents and histories to our learning environment. We encourage children to develop a lifelong love of learning through play, exploration and discovery.
